Horror Realm’s host site is the Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South. Located in a suburban location 7.5 miles south of downtown Pittsburgh, the Crowne offers free parking, spacious lobby and sitting areas, onsite bar/restaurant and fitness center and across the street from great shopping and dining at South Hills Village Mall.

The hotel features an onsite restaurant, sundry shop and fitness center. Parking is free. South Hills Village shopping mall is located across the street and there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and fast food in the immediate area.
Guests can book their rooms in two ways:
1. Call the Reservations Line: Dial (412) 833-5300 and select option 1 for reservations.
Guests will be prompted with a series of automated questions, and then they’ll be transferred to a live agent where they can provide the block code HRR to complete the booking.
2. Book Online: Guests can also use the booking link to make their reservations directly – Horror Realm
Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival date will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
Please note that the cutoff date for booking is midnight on January 27, 2025.

Photo/Video/Livestreaming Policy
Video cameras are permitted at the convention. However:
- Celebrity guests are not to be recorded or photographed without their permission.
- Recording of Q&A panels is permitted for personal use only and may not be rebroadcast in any form without permission of Horror Realm
- Livestreaming of Q&A panels is not permitted. Podcasters and other press/media should apply to Horror Realm for media credentials (there are a limited number available).
- No videotaping or livestreaming is permitted in the movie room
- Anyone with a video camera or electronic device livestreaming should stop recording at the request of any other persons at the convention
- Violators will be subject to ejection with no refund
Handouts
Distribution of any flyers or other marketing materials inside or outside the convention venue, with the exception of paid vendors at their table, is prohibited without permission of Horror Realm
