Photo/Video/Livestreaming Policy
Video cameras are permitted at the convention. However:
- Celebrity guests are not to be recorded or photographed without their permission.
- Recording of Q&A panels is permitted for personal use only and may not be rebroadcast in any form without permission of Horror Realm
- Livestreaming of Q&A panels is not permitted. Podcasters and other press/media should apply to Horror Realm for media credentials (there are a limited number available).
- No videotaping or livestreaming is permitted in the movie room
- Anyone with a video camera or electronic device livestreaming should stop recording at the request of any other persons at the convention
- Violators will be subject to ejection with no refund
Handouts
Distribution of any flyers or other marketing materials inside or outside the convention venue, with the exception of paid vendors at their table, is prohibited without permission of Horror Realm
