Hey everyone. You know how much we hate these posts. Especially on day one of the convention. Unfortunately Barbara Crampton has to cancel her appearance this weekend. It’s no fault of her own. Barbara’s travel became an unsolvable nightmare due to cancellations, reschedules and other elements out her way and honestly Pittsburghs limited options for flights coming here. Barbara, her agent and our travel agent spent all day yesterday and all night trying to find something that would get her here. Barbara feels awful and we feel awful for her. We have never seen someone fight this hard and show so much flexibility to find a solution.

We know you are disappointed. Rightfully so. But we have a lot of great guests looking forward to meeting you this weekend. Plus we have an overall fun weekend of fun in general for all. Barbara has said she will reschedule with us next year.

All photo ops will be refunded. The system takes a few business days to process and put it back into the account you used. If you have questions regarding the refund we will answer as soon as we can but the show is going to keep us busy so it may not be as quick as we like to reply.
